New Roofs
When you have a new roof installation completed by Has Contracts we will supply scaffolding with the necessary permits and building notices. We are sometimes able to re-use existing tiles or slates if they are in a good condition or if new tiles are required/needed we can supply concrete interlocking tiles, plain tiles, natural and synthetic slates. All the roof felt we use is BBM approved and breathable. We also cover all lead work and will be happy to provide you with tile/slate samples, so you can create your perfect roof.

We can also fit all roof windows, velux windows and lanterns, as well as tile vents and loft installation.
​
Although it is the homeowners responsibility to seek advice and approval for any changes to their home we are happy to help with advice and the application process if needed just let us know.

Roof Repairs and Surveys
At H.A.S Contracts we have over twenty five years of roofing experience and can carry out all repairs from the smallest tile missing to major roof repairs.
We are also able to carry out full Roof Surveys upon request.
Facias, Soffits and Guttering
We can supply four colours of these Anthracite Grey, White, Black and Brown. The best reason to get this done is they are maintenance free as require no painting and they do not rot. They really help to improve the outside look of any house.

Liquid Water Proofing
Liquid waterproofing systems are cold applied liquid membranes that provide long-term protection for a flat roof or surface.

This roofing material is ideal for balconies, garages and walkways, as well as commercial and residential flat roofs.

These liquid systems dependant on which system used come with a 10, 15 or 20 guarantees and are excellent for covering heavily detailed application areas.
Chimney Work
Chimney Stacks are a commonly seen problem that can often be overlooked by homeowners. When existing cement mortar falls away from the chimney stack it compromises the safety and robustness of the stack from the elements. If the chimney is not in use it would always be our recommendation to either completely remove the chimney or reduce the height and for the chimney to be capped off to prevent any unused stack damaging the property or to the public. If the chimney is still needed but leaking this is usually down to perished lead works and flashing which we are able to repair.
